Step 1. Work card and agent registration card requirements.

Each employee, whether a full- or part-time employee, independent contractor, or volunteer who works in a recreational/medical marijuana establishment business or facility shall obtain prior to the commencement of work and keep in force during the term of employment, a work card issued pursuant to LVMC Chapter 6.86.  A complete and accurate list of all employees and volunteers, each of whom must have a valid recreational/medical marijuana establishment agent registration card and work card issued pursuant to LVMC Chapter 6.86, must be kept onsite and available for inspection at all times. The list must contain the current employment status, position and title of each employee and volunteer, and work shift.

It shall be a condition of the license to inform the City of any change in the employment status of a registered employee or volunteer who serves in a management position or as a key employee within ten days of the effective date of the change in employment status. A change of employment status includes termination, leave of absence, and promotion to a management position or key employee.
